When VARS was started for Doc Ricketts dive 164, the dive number was accidentally 
entered as 198 (the year day). This was noticed at time code 02:57:32:00. We then changed the 
dive number in VARS so that the rest of the dive was properly recorded. 
We also:
1. Manually changed the 0198 to 0164 in the overlay and comment files to that point. The changes were
	made from 00_56_26_19 to 02_47_14_10.
2. Moved all files that went into the 0198 directory into the 0164 directory.
3. Deleted the 0198 directory.
